Frank has built and led technology companies for 30+ years, with three exits: Cloudeon (cloud, acquired by Devoteam), Voopii (mobile, acquired by GigSky) and Alpha IT (hosting, acquired by Mondo). A certified board member from Copenhagen Business School, he has chaired and invested in growth companies. His focus now is AI — helping boards and leadership teams turn it into measurable results, the same work he does hands-on at nordio.

Lise is a clinical psychologist (cand.psychol.) with a PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Oslo, plus two years of specialist training in clinical adult psychology. She has several years of clinical practice as a municipal psychologist and in her own private practice, focused on work-related mental health and sickness-absence prevention. As a researcher she led the department for meta-analyses at the Norwegian Institute of Occupational Health (STAMI) and has published research on what major organizational change does to companies' bottom lines and employees' health. As co-founder and COO of seeyouAI she built the company from scratch and raised around NOK 100 million from Norwegian investors — among them several of Norway's largest investors. In 2025 she was named among the Top 50 Women in Tech Norway and completed the Executive Board Leadership Program at Copenhagen Business School.
