PhD in organizational psychology, former head of department at Norway's STAMI — Top 50 Women in Tech Norway 2025.

Lise is a clinical psychologist with a PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Oslo. She led the department for meta-analyses and systematic reviews at the Norwegian Institute of Occupational Health (STAMI) and was co-founder and COO of seeyouAI. In 2025 she was named among the Top 50 Women in Tech Norway and completed the Executive Board Leadership Program at Copenhagen Business School.

Frank has built and led technology companies for 30+ years, with three exits: Cloudeon (cloud, acquired by Devoteam), Voopii (mobile, acquired by GigSky) and Alpha IT (hosting, acquired by Mondo). A certified board member from Copenhagen Business School, he has chaired and invested in growth companies. His focus now is AI — helping boards and leadership teams turn it into measurable results, the same work he does hands-on at nordio.
