Why we started

- We have both run our own companies. We know the afternoon when you cannot pick up.
- Big companies have always been able to hire help. Small ones have taken the call themselves, after the day was supposed to be over.
- That is why we are building Nordio: coworkers who take what you cannot get to, while you do the job.

Frank Mogensen
Founder
Frank has built and led technology companies for over thirty years. He has sold three companies, is trained in board leadership at Copenhagen Business School, and has chaired and invested in growth companies.

The three companies are Cloudeon (cloud, acquired by Devoteam), Voopii (mobile, acquired by GigSky) and Alpha IT (hosting, acquired by Mondo). Today he works on AI that delivers measurable results — the same work he stands for at Nordio.
Lise Fløvik
Founder
Lise is a psychologist and PhD in work and organisational psychology from the University of Oslo, and ran her own psychology practice for several years. She led the meta-analysis department at STAMI, published research on what major restructurings do to companies and employees, and was co-founder and COO of seeyouAI. In 2025 she was named among the Top 50 Women in Tech Norway.

Lise is a psychologist and PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Oslo, with two years of specialist training in adult psychology. She has worked as a municipal psychologist and in her own private practice, focused on work-related mental health and sickness-absence prevention. As a researcher she led the department for meta-analyses at the Norwegian Institute of Occupational Health (STAMI) and has published research on what major organizational change does to companies' bottom lines and employees' health. As co-founder and COO of seeyouAI she built the company from scratch. In 2025 she was named among the Top 50 Women in Tech Norway and completed the Executive Board Leadership Program at Copenhagen Business School.
