Purposes and legal basis
We process the details you send us to answer your enquiry and prepare a possible engagement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Who processes your data
We use Vercel (hosting and serverless functions), Google Workspace (email) and Cal.com (booking).
International transfers
Where data is processed outside the EU/EEA, it is protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We verify each provider's current status before relying on it.
How long we keep it
Consultation enquiries are deleted within 12 months unless they lead to an engagement.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing. You may also complain to your national data protection authority (in Denmark, Datatilsynet).
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless, on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding site usage.
