Purposes and legal basis

We process the details you send us to answer your enquiry and prepare a possible engagement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Who processes your data

Vercel runs the site, the functions and the cookieless statistics. Google Workspace sends email from the contact form. Cal.com is the booking calendar. ElevenLabs runs the voice demo. Audio in the demo goes through LiveKit. The demo page loads an audio library from jsDelivr. The text chat is switched off. More is on the security page.

International transfers

What you send us is stored in Frankfurt, Germany. Who processes it is listed on the security page.

How long we keep it

Consultation enquiries are deleted within 12 months unless they lead to an engagement.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing. You may also complain to your national data protection authority (in Denmark, Datatilsynet).

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless, on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding site usage.
