Frequently asked questions
Do I have to start using a new calendar?
No. You connect the one you already use — Google or Outlook — and carry on working in it. Bookings writes into it and reads from it.
What if I've already put something private in the calendar?
Then that time isn't offered. Anything in your connected calendar counts as busy, whatever it's called.
Can customers move an appointment themselves?
Yes. The confirmation carries a link to move or cancel, within the limits you set.
Does it work if several of us take jobs?
Yes. Each person connects their own calendar and has their own hours, and the job goes to whoever is free.
Can I use it without the other agents?
Yes. Bookings works on its own — and every other Nordio agent books into it when you add one.
